In 2020, Carl Batt made the decision to pursue his vision of establishing a pharmaceutical company built on both his financial expertise and his proven business acumen. With over 22 years of experience in the South African and Sub-Saharan pharmaceutical industries—14 of which were spent in senior financial roles within multinational organizations—Carl brings a wealth of strategic insight and hands-on experience to Catalyst Health. His involvement in numerous successful product launches has shaped his unwavering commitment to quality, a standard that Catalyst Health upholds across its product range.

The development of “best-in-class” formulations gained momentum during the Covid-19 lockdown, when the company transformed a global challenge into an opportunity to focus on research, innovation, and product excellence.
